Coach And Athlete From The Carolinas Team Up To Celebrate First Ever 3×3 Olympic Gold

Duke Women’s Basketball Coach Kara Lawson and former University South Carolina Women’s Basketball star Allisha Gray teamed up with Stefanie Dolson, Kelsey Plum and Jackie Young to defeat Russia 18-15 and win the first ever Olympic Gold medal in 3×3 women’s basketball. Following a brilliant coaching strategy from Coach Lawson, Team USA swept all of their opponents except one on their way to Gold. Gray added four points in the win.
