New Bill Named After Citadel Graduate Seeks Answers To Rollover Deaths
Congressional legislation seeks better safety operating military tactical vehicles after an armored vehicle flipped over and killed Conor McDowell, a Citadel graduate. The bill, titled the “1st Lt. Hugh Conor McDowell Safety in Armed Forces Equipment Act of 2021,” was introduced by U.S. Sens. Ben Cardin and Chris Van Hollen, both Maryland Democrats.
