North Carolina A&T Men’s Golfer Makes History

North Carolina A&T men’s golfer Xavier Williams (SR, Boiling Springs, N.C.) won his first career tournament as the Aggies completed the final round of the HBCU Division I Invitational played at the par-72, 6,954-yard Summer Grove Golf Club. Williams also made history when he became the first North Carolina A&T men’s golfer in history to win a weekly award from a conference. The Big South Conference named Williams its co-golfer of the week after he finished tied for first at the HBCU Division I Invitational in Newman, Ga.
