Emily Grund’s life changed in the blink of an eye when she went from student-athlete to cancer patient. Now cancer-free, the Tar Heel is an advocate for UNC Lineberger’s AYA Cancer program, which focuses on the physical, mental and emotional needs of young adults ages 13-39 with cancer.
