South Carolina Women’s Golf Named Golfweek First Team All-Americans
The University of South Carolina women’s golf team sophomore Pauline Roussin-Bouchard and senior Ana Pelaez added more accolades for their strong seasons as both were named Golfweek First Team All-Americans, Golfweek officials announced on Thursday.
Roussin-Bouchard shattered a number of Carolina golf records on her way to winning the 2021 SEC Player of the Year award, including four tournament wins in the season and the lowest single season scoring average in program history at 70.66. Pelaez wrapped up her Carolina career in spectacular fashion, earning three top-three finishes, including back-to-back runner-up finishes heading into the postseason.
