CPCC Annual Juried Student Art Show Celebrates Artistic Creativity
The Central Piedmont Community College Visual Arts Department proudly unveiled the much-anticipated 2024 Annual Juried Student Art Show. This event celebrates our students’ creativity and hard work, highlighting achievements in a broad spectrum of artistic disciplines. Here’s everything you need to know:

- Awards Ceremony and Reception: Fri., Apr. 12, 5 – 7 p.m.

- Diverse Artistic Disciplines: Featuring student works in ceramics, 2D and 3D design, drawing, jewelry, painting, photography, printmaking, and sculpture.
- Awards and Recognition: Students will receive various awards, including the prestigious Presidential Purchase Award, Foundation Purchase Award, and first, second, and third-place awards, among others.
- Special Juror: This year’s show is juried by Marge Loudon Moody, Professor Emerita of Winthrop University, a celebrated artist with works in private and public collections globally.
