UNC Charlotte Baseball Earns #2 Seed for NCAA Greenville Regional
For the sixth time in program history, the Charlotte baseball program is headed to the NCAA postseason traveling to the NCAA Greenville Regional beginning Friday. The 49ers, earning a #2 seed becoming the highest-ever in program history and second overall at-large bid, get the invite from the NCAA for the first time since 2011. The Charlotte 49ers face the Maryland Terrapins Friday June 4 to open the regional.
