University South Carolina Law Prof: Anti-Mask Lawmakers Could Pay Political Price

Parents are expecting their children to return to school this fall but anti-mask initiatives may get in the way of those plans. According to Derek W. Black, the Ernest F. Hollings Chair in Constitutional Law at the University of South Carolina and author of “Schoolhouse Burning: Public Education and the Assault on American Democracy,” politicians associated with laws or edicts that ban mask mandates could be in for some serious blowback.
