Author Bruce Holsinger Back At Queens University November 18
The Friends of the Library welcomes back to Queens University of Charlotte Bruce Holsinger author of The Gifted School, and the newly released page-turner, The Displacements. An adrenaline-fueled story of lives upended and transformed by an unprecedented catastrophe, The Displacements, received starred reviews from Booklist and Kirkus, which called it “brilliantly imagined and terrifyingly believable”, and was hailed by The New York Times as “hypnotic” and “a thorough translation to fiction of what it can feel like to live right now.”
