UNC Charlotte Business Student Headed To Wall Street Where “Work, Drive And Ambition” Are Kings

Junior economics major, Kevin Briones-Tristan, will spend the summer learning the inner workings of the financial industry on Wall Street in New York City after being selected to participate in the RBC U.S. Pathways Program.

“A piece of advice I keep hearing is that any smart kid can learn the job, it’s really about those who can put in the work and have the drive and ambition,” he said. “The RBC U.S. Pathways Program has made me even more determined to put in the work needed to succeed.” 

Students in the RBC program receive a $5,000 scholarship at the start of their first internship and a $10,000 scholarship at the start of their second the following summer.
