The 1st Biennial Exhibition of Recent Acquisitions to the UNC Charlotte Art Collection, generated by student research in the art history program, celebrates recent acquisitions of visual art by five university colleges (CHESS, CHHS, COA+A, COE, and Honors College) as well as by Atkins Library, the University Foundation and the Lemmond-Helms Artist Residency House. The 38 works on display speak to the university’s local and regional collaborations, faculty research, and its ongoing arts leadership in the state of North Carolina.
The exhibition will be on view through April 25.
