The UNC Charlotte Black Alumni Chapter (BAC) is participating in the 2026 Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday Parade on Saturday, January 17, 2026, in Uptown Charlotte.
Event Details

- Time: 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM (The city parade officially begins at 9:30 AM).
- Location: Uptown Charlotte, marching along Tryon Street from 9th Street to Brooklyn Village Avenue.
- Attire: Participants are encouraged to wear UNC Charlotte or BAC gear.

- Who can join: Alumni, students, faculty, staff, and their friends and family are invited to walk with the chapter.
- Cost: This is a free event to participate in.
